How many times have you thought about making changes to your home? Maybe a kitchen remodel. Or one (or all) of your bathrooms need a total makeover? Maybe even changing out your flooring?
Well, all of those are good and can add value to your home in substantial ways.
However, one of the single biggest returns on investment is what you see as you enter your home every day: It’s your front door.
Why you ask is that SO important? It’s because surprisingly that’s the exact spot where buyers make their FINAL decision on whether to buy your home or not. If it’s dirty or dented or scratched, or just plain old and ugly, that’s gonna turn people off to the rest of your home.
So, my ask today is for those friends of yours that are thinking about selling, maybe a LONG time in the future, and would like me to give them a priority list of what to do NOW…..so that they can enjoy it for the next few years in-between the move and then get the best value for it when they sell.
